Return and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with seancaroline.com. We want you to love your skirt purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return and Exchanges Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning or exchanging products purchased through our website.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact and included.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or altered products

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Our customer care team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Please do not send back any items without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
  • If the return is approved and due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process above. Once the original item is returned and inspected, the replacement will be shipped out. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be returned to you at your expense.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
