Returns & Exchanges

We want to encourage conscious consumerism and do our part to minimize the environmental impact of shipping products back and forth, while still offering great customer service. Our policies reflect that balance.



If you're not happy with your Seancaroline product, just send it back for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.

If you'd like to send your product back for a exchange, or an exchange for another product, select that option during the return process and note your new preferred product. We'll ship your new size as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. You can also let us know you've shipped the return and we will process this sooner.

If you'd like to send your product back for a store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you a store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.

Returns for Refund in EU countries & UK incur a flat 5 EUR shipping fee (which will be deducted from your order refund) if you use our discounted prepaid return labels. You can also pay for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • 1 free exchange (per product).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If the item you are exchanging is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the item is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference.
  • A 5 EUR flat fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • There is no shipping fee for exchanges or store credits.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please fill out the below form to begin your International Return (all other countries than EU countries, USA & UK). Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-3 weeks for this process to complete in full. 

If you'd like to send your product back for a size exchange, select that option during the return process and indicate your preferred size. We’ll automatically ship your new size as soon as you provide proof of shipment (picture with receipt) or your return shipment is received and processed at our warehouse.

If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange for another product or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you a store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.

Returns for Refund. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for international shipment returns and pay for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.
